As a community mental health center, Wasatch Mental Health recognizes the integral part the social determinants of health play in overall physical and emotional health. Our service delivery model is built around assisting individuals with access to adequate nutrition, housing, education, and healthcare.

United Way has long recognized the importance of promoting people’s safety, health, well-being, social and economic stability and development. Thus United Way’s goals and mission is closely aligned with our service mission. Many of the programs supported by United Way benefit our clients, and any local donations stay in our community.

I encourage you to consider supporting United Way through a small regular payroll donation. Even $2 per paycheck will go a long way in assisting our local United Way to achieve its goals.

Thank you for your consideration.

100% of your donation goes to programs, and 100% of your donation stays local, helping people you know

If you give $5/paycheck,  you'll provide 28 books to families who otherwise couldn't afford books, through programs like EveryDay Learners and Sub for Santa. Read more about literacy...

About 14% of Utah County families live in poverty. We can build self-reliance in families while helping them meet their basic needs.

If you give $25/paycheck,  you'll provide free tax help for 89 families through programs like VITA and Centro Hispano. Tax assistance is one of the most proven ways to beat poverty. Read more about taxes and poverty...

Stress, anxiety and depression in children are on the rise in Utah County, and it's happening to younger and younger children.
